With more than 20 years experience, I specialize in therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship stress, trauma healing, loss and grief. mood disorders and sleep issues. At the foundation of my practice is a holding space for unconditional regard, compassion and understanding providing room for growth and healing. I have several treatment certifications: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Trauma processing and grief and loss counseling. Each person is different, therefore I use an integrated approach to suit the needs of each client. I work collaboratively with you to help you create your desired changes and move toward peace and balance in your life. I am providing therapy to adults throughout all of NC.
